Great way to see the city - Fantastic tour. Riding a bike in Amsterdam can be a little intimidating but we felt totally safe and informed with Benjamin as our guide. We learned a bit about the city’s history and culture. I definitely appreciated his honest and balanced treatment of Dutch history and the complicated bits there.

A brilliant way to see lots of Strasbourg - This was an amazing way to see the beautiful city of Strasbourg. The bikes were good and the route felt safe even though there are lots of bikes and people in the city. Our guide was fantastic; she was friendly and really knew the city and could explain lots about its history. She was very relaxed and allowed us to stop at certain places that we were interested in. Because we were cycling, we got to see far more than we could have done walking. A must if you are happy to cycle, although it is gentle, flat and not tenuous at all.

Great but mark meeting point more clearly - Our son found this bike tour on Viator which he has used many times in the U.S. and we very much enjoyed seeing Strasbourg this way. Our guide was really nice and knowledgable. My only criticism was the meeting place. The Viator App indicated Place d'Austerlitz #24 but the 2 other people on the tour and the guide were in front on #10 so we were really confused and walked around in circles with the app directions. Apparently the reference to #10 was on the Cyclorama website and not through the Viator App so this should be clear, especially if the group is small, like ours was, and not clearly marked. I called the phone number on the App but was only able to leave a message and got no answer. Thankfully, after walking around the square a few times, we saw some people and I asked if they were on the bike tour. They said they were waiting for us so we started late but it worked out!

Excellent tour - We were a group of three tourists and our guide. It was really a great tour, her explanations were interesting and to the point, I never felt overloaded or floated with info. The tour provided an overview about the cities history from the middle ages to the present and focused on the “island” (old district), Neustadt, Park Orangerie, and the Euro-district. For people who are short on time, but would get an overview about the history of Strasbourg, I really recommend that.

This is by far the best way to see Strasbourg - This is by far the best way to see Strasbourg. We went on bike through the German part of town, visited the university and then went on to the beautifull Centre. And of course ended in Petit France. Our guide knew everything about Strassbourg and more.

A must-do in Strasbourg - Strasbourg is a great city to do a bike tour in, as it was flat and had bike lanes. The bike I had was great. Highly recommend!

Bike tour Strasbourg - 1st. The tour covered the best parts of the city, history as well as its beauty. Well worth the ride. 2nd. We were not the only participants on this tour who found the meeting spot confusing and hard to find. In fact all 5 separate people on the tour had trouble, which lead to a late start. The instructions on the ticket say to wait outside the cafe, but the meeting place is actually outside what looks like a residential entrance, next to the cafe mentioned. This is the only reason I gave only 3 stars. It gave a lot of stress to those who don’t know the city or read French street names with maze of winding roads rads and alleys. I suggest that the tour guide hold a sign or a flag, with the name of the tour company for easy identification. They can then leave it behind upon collection of bike and start of your. Other than that , I loved seeing places we would not have known about without the tour.
