Worth the money and MORE. Best tour and best guide. - "Excellence" is the first word that comes to mind when thinking of this tour with Marko. When he picked us up, he greeted us like old friends and made us feel extremely comfortable. As we drove through the tour, he shared a perfect balance of fun facts, historical information, and personal stories. We could really tell that we were being taken around by someone who knew the area in a way only someone who had lived there could. We joked about how he could control the weather, because every place we stopped immediately became sunny, even though the forecast had said it would be rainy all day. All I can say is it really felt like we were driving around with a friend, and he made us feel welcome and comfortable the whole time. I also really appreciated that he had a microphone and small speaker so he could chat with us without having to scream to the back of the car. All this to say, if you are thinking about booking a tour with this company, you need to! I can't speak for any of the other tour guides, but if you're lucky enough to get Marko, you'll be in for a great day. Also, all the people on our tour were relatively young, but I think anyone of any age could enjoy this tour. We ended up taking the more difficult path down to the waterfall, but there were options that were less strenuous, so they really make sure it is accessible to anyone. 10/10 would recommend across the board.

Unforgettable day trip to Mostar with Miodrag - We took a trip from Dubrovnik to Mostar with the guide Miodrag – and it was just fantastic! Already at the pickup he was punctual and very friendly. During the trip he explained a lot about the history, culture and exciting backgrounds of both Croatia and Bosnia & Herzegovina. I was particularly impressed by how passionately and vividly he talks – you can immediately tell that he loves his country and likes to pass on the knowledge. The border crossing went smoothly, Miodrag organized everything. In Mostar we had enough time to explore the old town, the famous bridge and the bazaar. A stop at the Kravica waterfalls was also planned – fantastically beautiful! The tour was perfectly planned: not too stressful, with enough breaks, but full of highlights. Miodrag was attentive at all times, answered all questions and made us feel safe and welcome. Conclusion: Highly recommended! If you want to discover Mostar and its surroundings, you should definitely do this tour with Miodrag.

Great day trip. Wish we had more time! - Easy pickup right outside our accommodation. Within 10 minutes every group was in the van and we were off on a scenic ride up the coast. Bruno, our guide kept us informed throughout the trip and really explained the culture and history of the region. Would really recommend. It was very cool to see a different culture and unique city. The advantage of the small group tour is we were among the first at the waterfall and got to experience it in semi serenity before the large bus groups really started streaming in. Another advantage is earlier arrival back in Dubrovnik so had 2 more hours to explore before sunset.

Five Stars for Disco!! - We had the best guide, Disco- who was so knowledgeable and worldly and shared so much insight and information, both factual and experiential, that it was such a full experience. The locations were stunning, the timing of our tour just missed all the crazy crowds, and we all had a great time- especially the 9 and 12 year olds! What a day!!🤩

Excellent service…highly recommend - We were very pleased with choosing Laus Travel for a day trip to Bosnia and Herzegovina. In a market with so many agencies to choose from, I can now say that Laus does indeed deserve the overwhelming number of accolades they receive. The positive experience began well before we arrived in Croatia during the planning process. Praise to Ivo for his responsiveness and patience with my many questions. We booked a private tour for four of us to visit the Kravica Waterfalls and Mostar. Our driver Novak met us near our Airbnb in a nice size comfortable van. Ivo also was there to introduce himself and make sure everything was okay. Novak is a very competent and friendly driver; during the ride to Bosnia and Herzegovina he explained much of what we were seeing and the history of this area. Being a private tour, Novak was extremely flexible in the amount of time we were able to spend at each stop. I was able to communicate with him and Ivo easily via WhatsApp or email. After the trip, we inadvertently left a few personal items in the van; Ivo proactively notified us and brought them to us! Without hesitation, I would again use Laus Travel if traveling to Dubrovnik again.

Best day ever! - Our day trip to Bosnia with Marco was truly unforgettable. From the moment we met him, Marco made us feel completely at ease—like we were traveling with a member of the family. He was incredibly informative, sharing his deep knowledge of the region in a way that was both engaging and personal. What really stood out was how attentive and conscientious he was to our interests. He took the time to tailor the experience to include exactly what we wanted to see and do, and was flexible and accommodating with the schedule throughout the day. Marco’s friendly personality, combined with his professionalism and passion for the area, made this tour one of the highlights of our trip. We can’t recommend him highly enough!

Fantastic tour with knowledgeable local guide - Had a great day with the charming and knowledgeable tour guide, Disco. He provided us with lots of information about the region during our comfortable ride in an air-conditioned minivan to the Kravice waterfalls and Mostar. The waterfalls were beautiful and I enjoyed sitting at the outdoor restaurant sipping an iced coffee as I watched people way braver than I am swim in the 56 degree pools beneath the falls! Mostar was charming and the history of the area was fascinating. The restaurant Disco recommended had great food, was very reasonably priced, and took credit cards, which many restaurants in Mostar do take.

Fantastic day exploring Mostar and the beautiful waterfalls - Fantastic Tour with Eddie! Eddie was our driver and made it a great day for our family. He shared some history, was very accomodating with timing to ensure we had enough time at the beautiful waterfalls. He also recommended a lovely Restuarant in Mostar for lunch that was reasonably priced with great food. Wonderful day!

Day trip from Dubrovnik - Disco was a very good driver and guide, he was friendly, talkative and considerate of my parents needs. He was very knowledgeable about the area and history. Unfortunately we had experience very bad weather, due to this the waterfalls were closed and our trip was cut short. However, I would still recommend smaller private tours as it gives you the flexibility, convenience and comfort to go and see things at your own pace. Will book again with this company in the future and recommend to others as well!
