Must see in Japan! - Really great to experience something this unique to Japanese culture. We met our guides outside the sumo stable and they explained the etiquette and guided us to our seats. It was a small group and they were able to seat us front row away from another big tour group which was great! During the training session there is no talking, so we are just observing until the Q&A at the end. The sumo wrestlers were very intimidating during the practice yet so friendly and jovial answering questions. Such a great experience. Ps) be prepared for a long time sitting on a cushion on the ground!
