Unforgettable experience at Mount Bromo with Hirman. - We chose this tour somewhat randomly among the many we found online, but we ended up absolutely delighted. Hirman accompanied us throughout the day, making us feel at ease and introducing us to the history and legends of Mount Bromo. He organized everything perfectly to ensure we were in the best spot to watch the sunrise over Mount Bromo, avoiding the large crowds of tourists in the area. For an experience like this, it’s essential to have a guide who knows every corner of the mountain to escape the crowds and offer a truly authentic experience. We were his guests and those of his partners. He treated us to a wonderful breakfast and a brunch with a spectacular view. Febri, the driver, was very punctual and his driving was flawless. Amazing day trip to Mt Bromo from Surabaya - We had an amazing day trip to Bromo from Surabaya with Riza and our great driver. Riza was so knowledgeable about the area’s history and kept us (including teenagers) entertained and learning throughout the day. His passion for his job really came through and we were so happy with the experience that we requested him and the driver on our next day’s tour as well. We felt really safe with the driver even driving at night. The food at the stop was delicious which was a treat as well. Overall just an amazing day and the day trip really let us beat the crowds! 100% worth it!!!

Unforgettable journey - This was one of those tours of a lifetime. Mount Bromo is an active vulcano constantly expelling fumes and you get to see the sunrise from a hill with an amazing view to the crater. After this mesmerizing view you get to climb the crater and look at it from the top up close but not too close in a way that is unsafe. Its just perfect. We were lucky enough to go with CheapBromo company and even luckier to get assigned to the guide Nabil who was the most outstanding guide we have ever had! He is an amazing person that cares for his tourists, shares some interesting facts, knows the exact times to avoid the bigger crowds, even gave us hand warming packs because it really gets cold during the sunrise! All in all I totally recommend this tour and make sure you dont skip it!

Best tour experience ever, fantastic tour guide - Our tour guide, Hirman, is one of the sweetest and most genuine people I will ever meet in my life. He never ever failed to make us laugh; and was so incredibly helpful throughout the trip. Mr Hirman truly made it memorable for me and my family, and I would definitely recommend him and his company to anybody and everybody. We only spent three days together, but he is now certainly part of our family. Thanks again Mr Hirman, I truly hope to see you again soon!

Bromo adventure - We enjoyed our unforgettable tour of Mt Bromo, starting in the early hours with the warmest of guides, Hirman - a really friendly, enthusiastic and caring guy. It was easy to make arrangements via Whatsapp and they also adapted to our requests. Thanks also to our driver Saidi in the red jeep. The cloudy weather during our sunrise experience added to the mystery. Our experience through the sea of sands, past the beautiful Mt Batok and towards the incredible Mt Bromo was really spectacular with the blue sky in daylight. Thank you very much Hirman for guiding us through our brilliant Bromo adventure 🤠 Just be prepared that it is an adventure and enjoy the journey 😁

From start to finish, the entire trip flowed smoothly. The logistics were seamless — no unnecessary delays, and transitions from spot to spot felt well thought-out. Even with the early wake-up calls and off-road terrain, Hreesang ensured we were comfortable and informed every step of the way. The views at Bromo are, of course, stunning — but what made it more special was Hreesang’s storytelling. While weather can always be unpredictable (sunrise didn’t fully hit for us), the landscapes remained majestic and otherworldly. The ever-present fog and light play across the caldera created moments that felt straight out of a dream. What stood out most, however, was how much we learned. Hreesang patiently shared the religious and cultural significance of the volcano to the local Tenggerese people — particularly about the Yadnya Kasada festival, where locals present offerings into the crater to honor the mountain gods. He also gave us context around recent volcanic activity, explaining the geological behavior of the Bromo-Tengger-Semeru massif, how eruptions in recent years have impacted the surrounding environment and how local communities adapt to these changes. His insights gave the trip a layer of depth you rarely get — it wasn’t just sightseeing; it was understanding. That said, Hreesang handled the crowd dynamics well — helping us navigate timings so that we got the best vantage points without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Bromo sunset tour was amazing! - Had an amazing time with hirman as our guide and dwi as our driver. We took the sunset tour as the sunrise tour was closed due to the local festival. Hirman was fantastic at helping us to take care of our over active kids as they were more fit than us and hirman helped to guide them and take care of them while we took our time to catch up. At least we know our kids were being looked after! I would highly recommend hirman and dwi anytime.
