• Main Beach - The journey from Surfers Paradise to Wavebreak Island takes approximately 30 minutes. During this time, guests will enjoy the southernmost part of the Gold Coast Broadwater. The Beachcomber cruises past the Southport Yacht Club, Marina Mirage, and Sea World at Main Beach. While on the Broadwater, guests will see a variety of glamorous boats, both large and small. Additionally, there will be opportunities to spot resident pelicans, dolphins, turtles, and dugongs, the true stars of the show! For those interested in witnessing the Pelican Feeding, it is recommended to choose the pickup point at the beach in front of Charis Seafoods at Labrador.
• Pelican Feeding - The 10am morning or 2pm afternoon cruise from Charis Seafoods Labrador is perfectly timed to coincide with the 1:30pm Pelican Feeding on the way to Wavebreak Island. The cruise will land on the beach, allowing guests to witness the spectacle of around a hundred pelicans arriving for their daily afternoon feed, either before or after the cruise.
• Main Beach - The return cruise from Wavebreak Island passes Main Beach and continues through the Nerang River, bringing guests back to the pickup location.

Enhance your experience by playing your favorite tunes through our Bluetooth stereo system as we sail to Wavebreak Island. Once there, ‘Beachcomber’ will anchor, allowing guests to enjoy the Aqua Lily Mat and other floating toys, which will be secured alongside!

This is a wonderful way to enjoy the stunning Broadwater on the Gold Coast! With a Bluetooth music system on board, you can take on the role of DJ. The boat is equipped with a marine toilet and a large ice-filled esky for your BYO storage needs! We provide champagne flutes and wine glasses for your convenience on the day!
