• Woermannhaus - Woermannhaus, built in 1905 by the Woermann shipping company, served as their headquarters and included offices, a storeroom, and a prominent tower used as a water tank and navigational aid. It currently houses the Swakopmund Arts Association and a public library, serving as a cultural center.

• Hohenzollernhaus - Constructed in 1906 as a luxury hotel, named after the German imperial family, to accommodate a growing number of German visitors. It currently functions as a condominium complex, with its distinctive architecture remaining a city landmark.

• Altes Amtsgericht - Altes Amtsgericht, the Old Magistrate’s Court, was built in 1906, initially intended as a school. It was completed by the state and used as the magistrate’s office. During World War I & II, it continued serving administrative functions. Currently, the building is utilized by the Swakopmund municipality.
