Journey to Syapru Besi
Syapru Besi - The first day of the adventure starts with a pick-up from the hotel or residence in Kathmandu. Travelers will be driven to the local bus station in Balaju. From there, a 6-7 hour bus ride will take them to Syapru Besi. The night will be spent at a mountain guest house in Syapru Besi.

Journey to Syapru Besi

Trek to Lama Hotel (Max Altitude: 2380 m / 7808 ft)
Langtang National Park - The day begins with a 5-6 hour hike from Syapru Besi to Lama Hotel within Langtang National Park. The journey includes scenic trails, waterfalls, traditional villages, and several suspension bridges. The night will be spent at the Lama Hotel.
Trek to Langtang Village
Langtang National Park - On the third day, a 6-7 hour trek from Lama Hotel to Langtang Village within Langtang National Park awaits. The path leads through dense forests of rhododendrons and pine trees towards Ghoda Tabela (Horse Stable). The night will be spent at a guest house in Langtang Village.
Trek to Kyanjin Gompa (Max Altitude: 3870 m / 12696 ft)
Kyanjin Gompa - Day four begins with a 3-4 hour trek from Langtang Village to Kyanjin Gompa, one of the region’s oldest monasteries. Kyanjin Gompa provides a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, including Mt. Langtang Ri, Mt. Dorje Lakpa, and Mt. Langtang Lirung. The night will be spent at a guest house in Kyanjin Gompa.
Round trip to Kyanjin Ri and trek back to Lama Hotel (Max Altitude: 4773m / 15655 ft)
Kyanjin Ri - On the fifth day, a 3-4 hour round trip from Kyanjin Gompa to Kyanjin Ri (4773 m) offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, including Mt. Langtang Ri, Mt. Dorje Lakpa, and Mt. Langtang Lirung.
Langtang National Park - After the round trip to Kyanjin Ri, the hike descends back to Lama Hotel for the night.
Trek back to Syapru Besi (Min Altitude: 1550 m / 5085 ft)
Syapru Besi - Day six begins with a 5-6 hour trek from Lama Hotel back to Syapru Besi. The night will be spent at a guest house in Syapru Besi.
Return to Kathmandu (Min Altitude: 1350 m / 4430 ft)
Kathmandu - On the seventh day, a 7-8 hour bus or shared jeep ride from Syapru Besi to Kathmandu is scheduled. Travelers will then be escorted back to their hotel in Kathmandu.

7-Days Langtang Valley Trek is an adventurous trip inside Langtang National park that begins from Kathmandu. Moreover, it has also been planned to suit all kinds of travelers with no prior trekking experience. The trip is available all year long except for monsoon seasons. The scenic trail here features wildflowers and rhododendrons blooming in the foreground while Langtang Mountains and Glaciers cover the background. The Langtang valley lies in the Rasuwa district, some 80 kilometers north of the Kathmandu Valley. The valley itself lies within the Langtang National Park that borders the Tibet Autonomous Region of China. Additionally, the park is also covered with dense forest. Here wide varieties of flora includes the deciduous oak and maple, evergreens like pine, and various types of rhododendrons. Animal life here includes the Himalayan Black Bear, Himalayan Tahr, Assam Macaque, Snow Leopard, Yak, Red Panda and more than 250 species of birds.
