The tasting will take place in a centuries-old estate that includes a Greek fortress. You can enjoy a pleasant visit, strolling through the vineyards and the lush exotic garden while a wine expert will guide you through a selection of 4 different wines representing the area and traditions of Sicily. You will learn about the different grape varieties, the soil, and the winemaking techniques used to produce these exceptional wines.

Targetta: Grape variety: shiny Catarratto. Bright straw yellow in colour, with hints of orange blossom, golden apple and peach, with slight mineral hints. The taste is dry, savoury and fresh.

Re Federico: hints of red fruits, flowers and vanilla. The taste is soft, balanced and harmonious, expressing good structure and pleasant envelopment.

Damarete Rosato: dense yet flowing, wild yet elegant, consistent yet refined.

Baronessa di Canseria: scents of green pepper with notes of morello cherry, cinchona root and leather.
