Great day with flexible pickup/dropoff - We had a great day with our tour guide Alejandro. He is very kind, knowledgeable and humorous and gave us a lot of good recommendations. One particular thing I want to highlight is our tour guide is really flexible, we got picked up from Catania Airport in the morning and dropped at our hotel in Taormina in the evening.

The walking tour was... - The walking tour was fantastic. Easy to get around and so nice that we had Alessandro to guide us through these cities. No better way to learn about the culture than from the local people.

Great Day with a Fantastic Guide - We had a great day with Alessandro, who was not just our driver but also a really knowledgeable and friendly guide. He walked with us, pointing out interesting and important sights, and gave us time to explore on our own and grab a quick lunch. Even though it wasn’t officially tourist season, he managed to get us into the Jewish baths for a tour (thanks to a school group being there). It’s a place full of history and really worth seeing!

Great day with our guide Alessandro - Our guide Alessandro picked us up right on time and gave us a quick driving tour of some sites around Catania on the way to Syracusa. He balanced some casual and fun conversation with information about the areas and towns we were visiting. He was very easy going and helpful. We were dropped at the ticket counter of the Archeological Park in Syracusa to walk on our own. We then were guided through the food martlet in Ortigia where Alessandro helped us in sampling some of the food there and he gave us some lunch recommendations. After lunch he walked us through town and then we were off to Noto. We were then dropped at one end of town and had free time to explore until we were ready to get picked up and head back. This was the best day of our trip, if not a very close second. Alessandro was knowledgeable and fun to be with all day long. We would definitely recommend this experience and our guide for this or other tours. Thank you for a great day!

Great time to take a private car - Going into Siracusa via private car is much preferred to a bus tour. Buses cannot get into the older part of the city. We were very pleased that the driver was able to get us to the sites we wanted to visit.

Theaters and a bath - Loved Greek and Roman amphitheaters. Jewish baths were truly amazing and awe inspiring! Seeing all the baroque architecture and visiting several churches broke up some long walking distances.
