The hike will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, concluding back in the village of Sivros, where you’ll have the chance to interact with its welcoming residents before joining a guided tour of the FABBRICA Olive Museum. This museum, located in a historic olive mill, is an architectural treasure recognized as a preserved heritage site. You’ll learn about the traditional techniques of olive oil production, followed by a delightful tasting session of high-quality olive oil and olives.

After savoring the pure flavors of olive oil and olives, you’ll wander back through the village of Sivros, where you can enjoy authentic local products and flavors, immersing yourself in the culinary delights of Lefkadian specialties.
