Lovely visit to Tanah Lot - We enjoyed having our guide Krisna tell us all about the 6 temples. And he took photos so my husband and I have some good pics of both of us. And Krisna was great for conversation getting us from our hotel to the temple and back.

views and sunsets 🥰 - the temple and view of the ocean was beautiful, thank you to our driver agus who did an amazing job guiding us there!!! heads up though, your shoes may get wet and it’s best to wear shorts if you choose to walk to the water temple.

A must-see when you're in Bali! - We were five in our group when we booked this tour and we really enjoyed it. It was a very relaxing tour as our guide Agus didn’t rush us and was more than happy to answer all our questions about the history and significance of the temple. He even shared his own personal stories about it, which were great.
All in all it was an afternoon well spent and I would recommend it to anyone looking to visit and learn about Tanah Lot. It is a UNESCO World Heritage site for a reason! The sunset was beautiful too!

Awesome guide! - Tanah Lot is a must-visit when in Bali! And if you don’t have much time to spare, I would recommend going on this tour. Our guide Dewa was the BEST! He reached out to us the night before confirming our pick up and was at our hotel 10 minutes before. But he didn’t rush us and told us to take our time.
He was so funny, making us laugh and if he didn’t know something, he would Google it and show us what he meant. He went above and beyond!! When we wanted something to drink, he brought us to this stall that sold the best fruit juices. When we wanted to stop for photos, he gamely took them for us. Would recommend going on this tour with him!

Nice family trip - The trip itself wasn't that exciting, but we are glad we went. Our tour guide, Yogi was great and he was great not just at telling us about Tanah Lot but about Bali as a whole. When it says small group, it was just our family (2 adults, 2 children) and our friends (2 adults, 2 children) had 1 other adult with them on the trip, so we liked that it felt almost exclusive. Was well worth staying for sunset, but it doesn't need to be 1/2 day (our personal preference) and you could easily visit yourself without a guide.

Not worth the time spent in traffic - I wish I'd never taken this tour. The information given to you is completely inaccurate. If you're picked up in Sanur, like me, then it is impossible to reach Tanah Lot by 4pm. The guides and the TripGuru owners know this, but still the information goes out incorrectly. I spent nearly 6hrs in total just sat in the car in traffic. We arrived at 5.30pm instead of 4pm and stayed roughly until 7pm. I didn't get back to my hotel until 9.30pm - too late for any dinner. If I had known this was the reality I would never have booked the tour. The owners of TripGuru need to acknowledge the traffic situation in Bali and update their info so travellers can make an informed choice.

Con men - Terrible experience, 1hour late to pick up and no communication from them, tour not completed as advertised, missed 2 out of 3 temples. Didn’t have a tour guide, had non-English speaking driver, so just pointing and following! When I contacted them to complain got a pack of lies stating tour activities completed and that we had a professional fluent english tour guide. AVOID!
