Stunning UNESCO site - This is a must see! Our driver today was AMAZING and we had the best time! He made our day trip really special and was very kind and accommodating for our daughter, even teaching her basic Arabic and answering lots of questions. We had a great time! I highly recommend him!!! Thank you!

Ait Benhaddou is incredible - Abdou could not have been better. He was kind and informative, and he was very flexible with when we wanted to stop and what we wanted to see. On the way back through the Atlas Mountains there was a severe storm that caused rock slides on some roads. He kept everyone safe and calm and got us back with Marrakech safely. Air Benhaddou is incredible, and a local guide takes you through the city and teaches you about Berber culture. We stopped in Ourzazte as well, but it was more of a quick stop for pictures because the Ksar was closed for renovations. Prepare for lots of time in a vehicle, but worth the trip for the incredible views and Ait Benhaddou.

Despite the many hours of travel between round trip nice experience - I knew of the distance from Ait Ben Haddou for we were prepared to the 4 hours of travel to arrive, along the way coffee break of 20 minutes at about 2000 slm , on arrival we awaited the Berber guide very bored, however he explained everything very well of all the film shot by Jesus of Nazareth, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Gladiator and so on . After lunch with greetings from the guide where he looked for us all one at a time to get the tip. After departure for Ourzazate to visit the film museum where at least of our group hardly anyone entered .Then return to Marrakech total of the 3 hour excursion between Ait Ben Haddour and Ourzazate the rest of the day traveling

The local guide was... - The local guide was awful. Only notified is that we can go inside the Kasbah for a fee on out way back to the city center for lunch, we could have visited the Kasbah. He was not taking much and demanded that at the end of the tour, we will pay him 30MAD.

Average - Ait Benhaddou Kasbah was nice, but there was not much to see in Ouarzazate. The tour operator was not so organised. I didn’t get any information on the pickup until the evening of the previous day, even though I requested it a few times. After the visit at Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, we were taken to a local restraint for lunch, but there was no guidance on whether it was included or on the pickup time and spot after the lunch.

Beautiful but a little tiring - Allow one hour to pick up all participants in the van in the morning + gas. Very local driving. Water included in the trip not received. Ait Ben haddou you have to pay the entrance. Once arrived beautiful landscape, breathtaking and exotic place. Very good to visit the rest of Morocco when staying in Marrakesh.

People friendly . The rest badly organized - I have booked a guided tour in German . Unfortunately, the driver and the guide did not speak German only English. As a result, we didn't learn so much ,as my English is not so good . The driver and the guide , we had to pay extra were very nice and helpful. The fact that I still had to pay for lunch and admission to the museum I don't think is right with such a package trip. Should you factor in the price then it might cost a little more but it would be better . The fact that we were taken to a shop with the guide and we were virtually forced into an overpriced purchase was added to that. The provider should pay attention. And please ,if I book a tour in German I would also like to have this or be informed 2 days in advance so that can withdraw.

Did Not Deliver What Was Promised - We booked this tour to visit Ait Benhaddou and were promised an English-speaking driver, water, and a guided visit of Ait Benhaddou. On the day of the tour, a driver initially picked us up and then told us we needed to change cars. We were transferred to another driver, Mohammad, who was very kind but did not speak any English at all. This made communication extremely difficult and did not match what we were promised. We were also never provided with water. Due to weather conditions, we were unable to go to Ait Benhaddou. Before agreeing to an alternative plan, we spoke with someone named Omar, wo could speak more English who told us we would receive a partial refund. Based on that assurance, we agreed to visit the Atlas Mountains instead. The Atlas Mountains visit itself was fine, but it was not comparable to what we paid for or what was originally advertised. After the tour, we followed up multiple times with the company regarding the agreed-upon refund and were ignored. We eventually had to request a refund through TripAdvisor. While we did receive some money back, it was less than what had been promised. Overall, the company did not deliver on the services they advertised and did not honor the refund they agreed to. For that reason, we would not recommend this tour company.

Total disappointment - We booked this after reading all info about the complete tour. Unfortunately we got disappointed as we never got to enter or see Taourirt Kasbah, just watch from outside (Closed for renovation). Furthermore we had to pay entrance fee to ait benhaddou despite this should have been in the original booking. We never got any water so we had to buy at the 15 minute stop (ending up in a extremely long queue), no time for photo, just queues to the toilet and for buying overpriced water. The bus driver was behaving really rude against some of the tourists. He also drove recklessly, taking over in blind corners, risking all for saving a second.. Would absolutely not recommend this.
