Amazing experience - Wow! We saw a Humpback Whale, Minke & Beluga. The boat trip was great, we didn’t get as wet as we expected and it wasn’t very bumpy. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I would do it again!

Incredible whale and seal watching! - A couple with 4yr old. Visit was incredible. We took boat from Baie Ste Catherine on July 28th traveling for 3hrs to the Fjord and then whale watching in St Lawrence. From the start we saw rorquals and belugas then seals in the Fjord. It was beautiful. 3hrs was a bit much for our 4yr old so plan to bring an activity for your youngsters! Drinks and snacks are allowed but you can purchase on boat. Souvenirs on boat or at the pier at Park Canada or AML cruises. Thanks to all for the incredible visit! Bring warm clothes, it 5 to 10c on the st-Lawrence. You will also see the picturesque Tadoussac. Don't hesitate to take free ferry afterwards to head to Tadoussac.

A magnificent cruise with beautiful scenery and whales. - It is really a wonderful cruise with views of whales and seals. It is not a zoo so you can see where not to see DE whale or it can be far and stealthy. I recommend DE come with binoculars. The naturalist is passionate and exciting. The landscapes are beautiful. The boat is comfortable.

Almost perfect - Everything about the experience was excellent: the boat, the staff, especially the quality of the guide. The only reason you lost a star was because of the booking process, which was unnecessarily complex: I reserved online (from overseas), but still had to physically present at a ticketing office in Canada to get the tickets, and when I did this (in Montreal), was told I had to present again at your office in Tadoussac (which is not next the port) to get a bracelet before getting onboard. When travelling, unfamiliar with locations, often without transport, and on a schedule, this kind of complexity is stressful and completely unnecessary: electronic tickets, scanned by a staff member with a phone at embarkation would be infinitely more user-friendly! If you get your booking system under control this is a five star experience.

Beautiful boat experience - The experience was very nice, we saw a lot DE whales, seals and belugas. One painful thing, we were at the back of the boat and so we saw everything after the others and we didn’t have the best views. After the captain was super nice and tried DE answer all our questions (there were many EN:-)
