Introduction to Surfing: The session begins with a brief overview of surfing fundamentals, including paddling, balancing, and popping up on the board.

Safety Tips: Essential safety guidelines, ocean awareness, and tips for staying safe while surfing are covered. Participants also learn to identify optimal waves and surf conditions suitable for their skill level.

Warm-up and Stretching: To prepare physically, warm-up exercises are conducted to ensure participants are flexible and ready for water activities.

Surfboard Introduction: Participants are introduced to their surfboard, learning about positioning and maintenance. Comfort with the board is ensured before entering the water.
