Steven was great,... - Steven was great, friendly and knowledgeable. He catered to our needs beautifully, and adapted the schedule to fit. While the Sun Moon lake is beautiful, going up the mountains was the real treat. Majestic views and enjoyable hikes. Don't miss it

Magical and memorable trip - We were referred to YOLO and booked a 2-night tour to see Taroko 6 mo ago. With the earthquake, we had to change our itinerary to Sun Moon Lake and Alishan. Wow. What a memorable and beautiful trip. We had a party of 5, including 2 hard to please teens, and even they loved it. Our guide, Caleb Wei, was fantastic, as a driver in his super comfortable car and as a tour guide. He took great care of us and suggested magical and memorable places to eat and things to do to truly experience Taiwan. Yolo was easy to work with and made excellent recommendations for accommodations. A truly 5 star +++ tour. We look forward to coming back. Thank you!

Great for first time visit to Taiwan - Michael & Ben chauffeured us in style & comfort in a Mercedes van. They provided water bottles, umbrellas, and relaxing music while we toured Taipei and nearby areas. We were not able to visit certain places due to the rains, but they offered alternatives to ensure we still were able to visit many places. They spoke great English, answered all our questions, gave us a history lesson and taught us about Taiwanese culture and norms and was very patient with us and very accommodating to my 90 year grandmother. They taught us some words in Mandarin and even treated us to some delicious tea eggs. We enjoyed visiting Taiwan for the first time and surely recommend Michael & Ben to anyone that visits!

Sun Moon Lake experience - it rained on our second day but our guide Ben looked for an alternative activity which ended up being fun. Ben and Michael were very nice, professional and helpful. my 88 year mother had a great time
