Amazing cultural experience and your of Senso-Ji - This is one the most favourite things we have done in Japan! It was great learning about matcha and the tea ceremony. Taku was knowledgable about Senso-ji temple and taught us a lot about the history. We really enjoyed the calligraphy and Taku was a very patient kind teacher! Thankyou so much for a great tour and a lovely recommendation for lunch. Laura and Gina x

Great Experience. Highly recommend - He was informational I learned a lot. Whole group enjoyed this guy. Explained the history of the monuments we were visiting very well. The whole staff was accommodating and even created special crafts for the kids while we did the sake and matcha tasting.

Solo travel friendlyyy - I had a great time learning about the history of Asakusa with the tour guides. I also enjoyed the tea ceremony, but my favorite part was the calligraphy experience. I was intimidated at first, but the teacher was very patient and allowed me to have many chances to try. In the end, my piece turned out so cute, and it made the experience even more special as a solo traveler.

Cultural Adventure in Asakusa - My wife and I had so much fun on our tour of Asakusa! The tour guide we worked with and entire staff at the Art Cafe couldn’t have been nicer, more welcoming, and more thoughtful. Getting fitted for his and her kimono rentals, doing a matcha tea ceremony, a walking tour of Asakusa, calligraphy lesson, and finishing with a sake tasting were all highlights! We were worried we’d be the only westerners wearing kimonos in Asakusa, but were thrilled to learn (and see first hand) dozens of locals and tourists alike wearing kimonos like us. Highly recommend this tour! And make sure to get a melon pan from the first bakery on the first floor before leaving!

Personal treatment tour - It was wonderful. We walk around, had matcha tea ceremony, calligraphy, sake tasting, and a craft. It was a very cozy place and the two ladies work with us all the time. What a great experience!

Art and Japanese cultural experience in Asakusa - I've had a tashikomi art experience in Asakusa. I really enjoyed the process of choosing and mixing colors and was obsessed with it. I never had the opportunity to use paint as an adult, so it was a very good and fresh time. The shop was very conveniently located near the station and Kaminarimon Gate. Next time, I'd like to try making mizuhiki and matcha.

Experience art while cooling off! Cafe with friendly staff and pleasant time - I had a wonderful experience at ART CAFE T8 ASAKUSA, which I stopped by between sightseeing in Asakusa! First, the staff were very friendly, and even for those of us who were new to the brand, they gave us advice on color combinations and drawing tips, and we relaxed and enjoyed the whole experience. It is the perfect place to commemorate a trip or create a birthday present. The location is excellent, and it is easily accessible behind Starbucks right next to Kaminarimon. Bringing melon bread bought at the melon bakery on the first floor, you can also experience art in the cool store. It's an exceptional time to take a break on a hot day and heal with art. It is also a great place to rest between sightseeing and eating. It was a valuable experience to leave memories of Asakusa in "shape". I'd love to hear about it again!

Discovering the Beauty of Tarashikomi in Tokyo - I had my first experience with Tarashikomi art in Asakusa, and it was absolutely unforgettable! The technique is so unique and beautiful — watching the colors blend and layer was almost hypnotic. The instructor was kind and patient, even for a total beginner like me. If you're in Tokyo and looking for something creative and cultural to try, I highly recommend it! Maybe next time, I want to try Calligraphic art and the tea ceremony there!

Experience Japanese Culture and Tour Asakusa! - This is a tour to experience Japanese culture and Asakusa, where an art café has just opened. First, we had a matcha experience. I was interested in making matcha tea from flour, so I am happy that people can easily teach me. Shodo is also an experience that even Japanese people cannot usually afford, so I thought foreigners could enjoy it even more. It was fun to walk around Asakusa while talking with the bright and kind staff! We also had a chance to compare sake drinks and it was a great tour. I highly recommend it because you can enjoy Japan and Asakusa in a short time.
