The adventure starts with a visit to a local supermarket, where participants will learn how to select fresh meats, fish, vegetables, and seasonings used in everyday Japanese cooking. Then, proceed to a professional kitchen studio for a guided cooking class. Participants will practice knife skills, prepare dashi and sushi rice, and cook traditional dishes such as miso soup, eggplant dengaku, dashimaki tamago, and sushi.
After cooking, enjoy the meal and take home recipes to recreate it anytime. The studio is conveniently located near Asakusa and Kappabashi, perfect for sightseeing afterward.
