Amazing Private Guided Tour Experience in Tokyo! - I had an absolutely incredible experience with this private guided tour in Tokyo! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized and stress-free. The driver was exceptionally polite, friendly, and professional—he really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves.
We visited so many beautiful and iconic places across the city. The itinerary was well thought-out, allowing us to explore Tokyo’s culture, history, and modern attractions all in one day. Every stop felt special, and our guide provided great insights that made the experience even more meaningful.

Amazing Tokyo Tour – A Perfect experience - I recently joined a Xpress travels in Tokyo, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we started, everything was well-organized. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and shared fascinating insights about Tokyo’s history and culture.
We visited iconic places like Shibuya Crossing, Senso-ji Temple, palace and each stop had something special to offer. The transportation was smooth, and the itinerary was well-paced, allowing enough time to explore and take photos.

Tokyo at it's best with the BEST - Maz was a great host. He was very well versed in the Tpkyo, landscape, and general knowledge. He is well-spoken, and the tour was customizable, which was a big plus. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

It felt like touring with a local friend. - Our driver (Abdul Waheed ) was exceptionally good.. not only did he speak perfect English but could navigate the city with confident ease. It was great to have someone who could not only understand our requirements but made sensible suggestions when we needed to change our plans. Two of our party were handicapped and had mobility problems this was accommodated with helpful, supportive, care making sure we could access places by the easiest entrance . We had a really fun day despite slightly grey weather and a rather busy weekend for local families out and about. It felt like we were with a friend who cared that we enjoyed our experience of Tokyo. We were very grateful for this service.

Impressive, Personalized Tokyo Experience with a Friendly Guide - I had an incredible experience with the Private Tokyo City Tour! I really hate to have to... - I really hate to have to give this guy such a poor rating, but we think both his English and especially his knowledge of Tokyo need to improve considerably. On the plus side he was polite and punctual. However, he was unable to find the agreed rendezvous and relied throughout on phone satnav balanced on his knee. When we went to the Sky tree it was obvious that he had never been there. At least initially he was reluctant to speak, although he made more of an effort when he realised what we wanted. When asked, he would mutter that a particular shrine or building was “very old”. His policy at each point of interest was to give vague instructions and leave us to our own devices. Quite early on we considered bailing out but as we had no back up plan decided to stick with it and hope it improved which, to be fair, it did to some extent.
