When you arrive in the beautiful city of Osaka, your driver will be waiting for you with a welcome sign in the arrival hall of Kansai International Airport (KIX) so you can easily find them. Your driver will also monitor your flight information, even if there are delays. After your flight lands, your driver will wait for you for 90 minutes at no extra charge. Once you meet your driver, they will assist with your luggage and take you directly to your hotel in Kobe city or Arima Onsen in a comfortable vehicle.
