  ① 5:00 (Summer) / 6:30 (Winter) – Pick-up from your accommodation (Uehara area only)
  ↓
  ② 5:15 (Summer) / 6:45 (Winter) – Arrive at the field and start the activity
  ↓
  ③ 5:45 (Summer) / 7:15 (Winter) – Enjoy the sunrise!
  ↓
  ④ 6:20 (Summer) / 7:45 (Winter) – Activity concludes and return to your accommodation

Please note that the schedule may change based on weather and tide conditions. The SUP/Canoe location will be chosen for optimal conditions (wind, tide, and crowd levels) on the day.

Punctuality & Advance Notice
Please be punctual. Late arrivals or no-shows without prior notice will be treated as cancellations and may incur fees. If you anticipate being late, please contact us in advance.

Final Confirmation
We will reach out by the day before the tour to confirm the meeting point and time using the phone number or email you provided. Please register contact information that can be reached within Japan. If you do not receive any communication by 6:00 PM the day before, please contact IRIOMOTE ADVENTURE PiPi using the method listed on your ticket.

Hotel Pick-up
If you request pick-up from your hotel on Iriomote Island, your meeting time may differ from the standard time. To confirm the correct time, please contact us the day before using the method on your ticket.

Participation Requirements
SUP: Ages 12–59

Canoe: Ages 3–65
Pregnant individuals, children under 3, and those with pre-existing medical conditions cannot participate. If you have any concerns, please consult us in advance.

Minimum Number of Participants
This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants. If the minimum is not met, the tour will be canceled free of charge (you will be notified the day before the tour).

For Those Who Are Anxious
If you are concerned about physical ability or have a fear of the sea or rivers, feel free to consult with us beforehand.

Equipment & Safety
Wearing a life jacket is mandatory for all water-based activities. If you are unwilling to wear the required safety equipment, you will not be allowed to participate. For your safety, please always follow the guide’s instructions.

Weather Conditions
The tour will proceed even in the rain. However, it may be canceled if the field is deemed unsafe.

Clothing & Preparation
Please wear clothes that you don’t mind getting wet. There are no restrooms at the field, so please use one beforehand. Participation under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Languages
Tours are conducted in Japanese or English. Depending on availability and reservations, the tour may be conducted in Japanese only. Thank you for your understanding.
