Brazilian couple in chile - The tour with Morandé to the tours is very fun, with extremely charismatic and careful guides!

Excellent! - The walk was wonderful! Our guide, Valentina, was attentive and very attentive. An incredible Cover! Ricardo (driver), was also very nice with us. We asked for a change of address to leave us and he promptly allowed. I hired the tours for BRRtour that you outsourced to Morande, Service of great quality. Super recommend!

Elogio - Vale is the best guide - Our driver was Ricardo and the guide was Valentina (Vale).
Thank you for the service of excellence, it was wonderful. The Vale is super attentive, charismatic and takes the best photos of todassss.
Ricardo is also a great driver, took us with a lot of safety.

They advertise one thing and do something else. Be careful with Morande Tourismo. - This tour is A LOT of driving for mediocre payoff. You can skip this one — unless you have plenty of extra time. This tour is advertised as 8-9 hours. It was 11-12 hours. Pick up was at 7:40 a.m. Drop off was at 19:00. And our van driver was aggressive, going fast. We spent more than 90-minutes picking up passengers before ever getting on the road to the destinations. Isla Negra, this home of Pablo Neruda, who won the Nobel Prize for Literature, is quite unique but it is a long way away from Santiago and you only get one hour on the ground there. Tour advertised as admission included but we had to all purchase our own entry ticket for $30US. Undurraga Winery is on pretty grounds but there are much closer wineries to Santiago with the same quality. And the world’s largest saltwater pool is at an absolutely dead development. No one around. You cant get in it. You can’t even see it all when you’re there to appreciate its enormity. In addition, I booked a tour in English and neither the guide nor the driver spoke English. Despite that, despite having to purchase additional tickets and the tour lasting much longer in the van than advertised, Morandé Tourismo of Santiago, Chile refused any partial refund. There are a lot of good tour operators in Chile. Morandé Tourismo is unfortunately not one of them. Save your time and money.
