- Ky Anh Tunnel - The Ky Anh Tunnel stretches for 32 kilometers and includes a First Aid chamber for treating injured VC and NVA soldiers, as well as a chamber for food storage. This tunnel is renowned for its robust construction, with its four columns withstanding attempts by US and ARVN tanks to demolish it. Visitors can proceed to a nearby water well, which not only supplies water to locals but also alerts VC/NVA forces below about enemy movements. The journey continues down the tunnel at the First Aid chamber beneath the Thach Tan temple. A passage approximately 0.8 meters wide and 1.5 meters tall leads to a nearby exit under Mr. Ky’s house. Descending again, the passage guides visitors to another exit beneath a nearby haystack. Upon reaching the ground, visitors can stroll through Thach Tan village to a nearby entrance/exit under an irrigation ditch.
- Chien Dan Cham Tower - Constructed in the late 10th and early 11th centuries during the Champa period, the Chien Dan Cham Tower was built when the capital moved from Quang Nam to Binh Dinh under the reign of Yan Pu Ku Vijaya. The Chien Dan Tower now consists of three large stupas, with only the central tower remaining relatively intact, retaining the shape of a stupa with its body and an upper floor. The other two towers, the South Tower and the North Tower, have lost their upper floors, leaving only the tower bases. All three stupas are aligned in a north-south direction and face east. They are traditional square towers with roofs, similar in shape, structure, and decoration. The largest is the South Tower, followed by the Central Tower, and then the North Tower.

Located an hour’s drive from Hoi An, the Ky Anh Tunnel stretches 32 kilometers in length, with a width of 0.5-0.8 meters and a height of 0.8-1 meter. Constructed in 1965, it served as a hidden refuge and bomb shelter, as well as a clinic and warehouse during the conflict with the American army. The tunnel winds through the landscape, evoking a sense of foreboding for any enemy. It meanders through bamboo clusters, bushes, and straw mounds around Thach Tan Village, with manhole-like entrances at each landmark. Visitors can step into the hidden tunnel to experience its intriguing path, reminiscent of a soldier’s journey during wartime.
Following this, the Chien Dan ancient tower, built in the late 11th century, awaits exploration. It features a collection of impressive friezes, with long, rectangular panels adorned with figures carved in relief, reminiscent of the classic Khmer style from Angkor. Visiting these ancient towers without the presence of tourists allows for an immersive experience into the glorious era of the Champa kingdom.
