Mera is a great driver to pair for The experience - Murad was a great driver taking us to the waterfall track waiting patiently and being polite and understanding in making sure that the family needs were met. He insured that if we needed a break we would just need to ask without any concerns and he was a very pleasant calm and safe driver. Marad is a great asset to the company. I would personally recommend him and make sure you ask for him as he is a very great personality the vehicle was clean from the outside and inside the air-conditioning worked as expected and the seats were very comfortable with USB plug

Ouzad waterfall - Amazing ali knows all about the local knowledge. Very safe tall guide keeps the whole group together looks out for the children stop and wait for the slower members of the group and takes breaks when needed for each individual need I would highly recommend

Amazing experience - It was an incredible experience, the views were outstading. You have to pay to eat but it isn't expensive at all with what you get. You don't need to pay to take pictures with the monkeys, try to avoid the people who are selling peanuts. Our guide Jalal was amazing, he speaks a lot of languages so you don't have to worry if you don't speak english. If you are coming to marrachexe, it's a mandatory experience i would recomend to anyone.

An activity you cant miss - The views were incredible and the guides were very helpful, giving interisting information about everything about us.
In aperitivo Jalal was very nice, helping to take pictures with the monkeys.

Stunning - Absolutely stunning views but be warned it’s a 4 hour drive from Marrakesh and a LOT of uphill climbs! However it was definitely worth it. Be aware food is not included it cost us another 300 dirham for 2 of us to eat! But the food was wonderful I had the Berber omelette which was delicious. Jaquim was very friendly and helpful but we had to keep an eye out to keep up with him!

Disappointing Experience Despite Beautiful Scenery - We booked the day trip from Marrakesh to Ouzoud Waterfalls with high hopes, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing.
The van that picked us up was advertised as air-conditioned, but the AC didn’t work for the entire 6-hour round trip. With temperatures reaching 43°C and the van completely full, the ride was extremely uncomfortable and exhausting.
Upon arrival, the local guide seemed disorganized and initially attempted to lead us to a Berber house/shop rather than directly to the waterfalls, which was what we paid for. Only after guests objected did he take us to the main site.
That said, the boat trip at the base of the Ouzoud Waterfalls was the highlight - a brief but beautiful and refreshing experience. Lunch by the waterfalls was decent as well.
The return journey was just as hot and cramped as the ride there, making it a rough end to the day. The natural beauty of the waterfalls is undeniable, but the transportation and guiding services really took away from the experience. Would not recommend this operator.
