Day 1: Riding the Tamarindo Waves

The first day kicked off with a warm welcome from the Iguana Surf team. Diego, Cristian, Kurt, and Tasha greeted me with the kind of enthusiasm that makes you feel like an old friend. The initial assessment was a breeze, thanks to the laid-back yet professional approach of the instructors. Greivin, Ringo, Manuel, Andres, and Junior were the dream team. They took the time to understand my skill level and tailored the lessons to suit my needs. As a seasoned surfer, I appreciated their attention to detail and their ability to push me just enough to improve my technique. The first lesson was a perfect blend of challenge and fun, and I couldn’t wait to see what the next days would bring.

Day 2: Capturing the Moment

Between lessons, I took full advantage of the unlimited board rentals. Whether it was a shortboard or a boogie board, the freedom to switch it up kept the excitement alive. Day 3: Flexibility and Fun

They offered to reschedule the lesson, ensuring that I got the most out of the experience. This level of care and attention to detail is what makes them stand out in the world of surf schools.

With the lesson rescheduled, I took the opportunity to explore Tamarindo. The town is a surfer’s paradise, with its laid-back vibe, friendly locals, and stunning beaches. I wandered through the streets, soaking in the atmosphere and enjoying the local cuisine. By the time I returned for my final lesson, the waves had improved, and I was ready to make the most of it.

As I wrapped up my time with the Stellar Surf Package, I couldn’t help but feel grateful for the experience. The combination of expert instruction, amazing photos, and the freedom to surf at my own pace made it a trip to remember. Tamarindo had once again proven itself as a top surf destination, and I left with a heart full of memories and a promise to return soon.
