Great experience! - The Marlin Del Ray Crew were excellent! Such a fun day and we saw dolphins on our way to the bay for snorkeling. it was less of a party boat and more just music, drinks and chilling in the sun - perfect.

Another day in paradise - We set sail from Tamarindo beach. It was a beautiful sunny day. We enjoyed the drinks, especially the pina colada with fresh pineapple. It was wavy but fun to snorkel around the rocks. We say many different kinds of fish. The lunch was delicious. Beautiful sunset views as we arrived back in Tamarindo. Pura vida!

Great Day of Sailing and Snorkeling - The crew of the Marlin del Rey took great care of us from start to finish. The boat was clean and comfortable. The scenery and the sunset were outstanding. The snorkeling was fabulous. The drinks flowed non-stop and the food was tasty. Our whole group had a wonderful time. Would book this adventure again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

Long boat ride, no fish, but nice crew - Nice staff/crew but a long boat ride for no fish. I think we've been spoiled by Cozumel and the Bahamas...

Not at all what I expected based on description - I wish this wasn’t advertised as a romantic sunset cruise, but rather a booze cruise. I would have known it wasn’t right for me. My biggest complaint is that you can’t wear shoes on the boat. This means you have to share a bathroom with 74 other people in your bare feet. There was no running water to wash your hands either (but there was hand sanitizer). I’m a big germaphobe so I really struggled with this. There were way more people on the boat than I expected. We sat inside as all of the outdoor seats were taken. The snorkeling technically happened but was pointless. The boat anchors so far from the beach and the current is so strong that unless you are an excellent swimmer, there is no way to get to the shallow area to actually see anything. They were very generous with drinks. Food looked average but tasted good to me. Staff was very friendly. I just really didn’t enjoy being packed in with that many people and no shoes. Not my idea of romance. :-)
