Best Jet Ski Experience Ever - This was the best Jet Ski tour I have done, and I have done many of them, the staff are very friendly, and they make sure you have a great time. they take lots of pictures which you will get free access to through a link a week or so after your excursion. The food was good but just a small portion so I suggest taking snacks or plan to buy some on the different islands you will go to. If I ever returned, i would do it again hands down.

Jet skiing was a blast - This experience was awesome. Flying around, island to island was such a fun experience. The sun was shining and the water was calm. Our tour guides were great and even fit in some breaks for us to drink and get snacks along the way. Be sure to bring your sunscreen or hat

Very bumpy and long ride - Hotel pickup was perfect, the guides took many pictures and posted them on whatsapp which was great. But the tour was very long and it hurts to sit on the jetski, it was a very bumpy and scary ride, it was just not for us. The islands we visited were unintresting and no monkeys on monkey island, which of course is nobodys fault.

Good fun but buyer beware - When booking this tour they give you a huge list of hotels they will pick up from, which is fine, but be aware if your hotel isn’t listed then the chances are they won’t pick you up. I confirmed this tour at 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon and had until 12pm the next day to cancel for a refund. My thought was I would be told where I could meet the transport or where the jet ski pier would be OR I could cancel for a refund. However, I didn’t receive any confirmation until 2pm the following day (which was then within 24 hours of the tour and not cancellable) and the pier was a good 50-60 mins (on the north east tip of Phuket) from where I was staying in near Kamala Beach. The tour itself was well organised and you got bang for buck using the jet skis for 4 hours but it wasn’t a hugely enjoyable island hopping experience. There wasn’t any sights to see when you stopped, apart from one place to have a beer and some food if you wanted it. Strangely they offered me a free lift back on their ‘shuttle bus’ but mostly because it was quite remote and the Grab App wouldn’t connect. All in all 3/5 stars

Our experience - We signed up for this trip hoping for an adventurous island jump, but were unfortunately quite disappointed. The tour was marketed as if you were to visit 5–8 islands, but in reality we only stopped outside the islands without going on land. It felt more like a long jet ski tour than an actual island hopping tour. In addition, the day started badly because the pickup came over an hour late, without any special information along the way. It created uncertainty and frustration from the start. After the trip was finished we finally had lunch – one little chicken club and some rice, which was very little given how physically demanding the trip was. It did not meet the expectations of a full-day trip with meal included. What draws the impression is that the guides were very friendly, helpful and skilled. They were good at providing security, and they also took lots of photos of us on the jet skies, which we got sent after the trip. We greatly appreciated that and it helped save some of the experience. All in all, this was not what we expected, and we would probably choose another trip if we had known how the arrangement was actually.

Be prepared for storms - My family had a great time before the storm hit scared my grandkids...I feel had the guides return sooner..they would not have had to jetski in a storm...my granddaughter was so scared they could not see in front because of the driving rain plus strong winds and thunderstorms....not the best experience Feeling so blessed to be alive!!!

Don’t book this tour! - This is a very long tour on a JetSki! We went to 6 different islands and mostly sat waiting for rest of the group to catch up. Lots of distance on JetSki then arrive at restaurant to be told we had to pay for food. Then went back to base and had bad rice and one piece of fried chicken. Travel was an hour each way from our hotel. Do not recommend this trip.

Customers Safety is unimportant - I participated in this activity 2 days ago in pouring rain and allthough not everyone in my group enjoyed it (some got left behind, some didnt bring glasses in rain), for me it was fun so I decided to go again. This time when I arrived, (Transfer on my own) there was lightening and thunder in that area. First thing I learned as a kid growing up by the water: never go out when there is lightening and we stayed in Singapore just prior, where activities were cancelled because of lightening for customers safety. Here? They grin at you and tell you if you dont go, you dont get a refund. When all I wanted, was to be resceduled. (And I know they are not fully booked especially in the mornings during rain season). No. You have to go or you lose your money. Safety instructions were also skipped that day, just pressure to go NOW! „Its safe, its safe. Maybe lightening is different in your country.“ I did not go but they did take two people out that morning. Irresponsable
