Selous Game Reserve - Depart from Zanzibar at 7:30 AM with Coastal Aviation to an airstrip in Selous Game Reserve, arriving at 8:15 AM. Upon arrival at Siwandu Airstrip, embark on a game drive en route to your camp for a half-day adventure. Witness wildlife such as elephants, lions, wild dogs, elands, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, hippos, and crocodiles in this vast sanctuary, spanning 50,000 sq. km, largely untouched by human activity. The park features diverse vegetation zones, from dense thickets to open wooded grasslands. Arrive for lunch at the lodge and relax until late afternoon. Then, enjoy a two-hour boat safari on Lake Manze, observing animals as they approach the lake to drink. Experience the closeness of nature, with hippos bubbling in the water and crocodiles basking in the sun. Conclude the day with an African savannah sunset, followed by dinner and an overnight stay.

Selous Game Reserve to Dar es Salaam or Zanzibar

Selous Game Reserve - After an early breakfast, embark on a boat safari to observe numerous wild animals such as zebras, elephants, and antelopes during their morning grazing and hunting. You will also have the opportunity to see a variety of wildlife, including lions, elands, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, hippos, and crocodiles. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush before proceeding to the airstrip for a 12:30 PM flight to Zanzibar, arriving at 2:00 PM, followed by a transfer back to your hotel.
