Mikumi National Park - Begin the journey in Dar Es Salaam and travel to Mikumi National Park. Enjoy a lunch break at a restaurant in Msolwa before continuing the drive to Mikumi National Park. Experience an evening game drive until sunset, where you can encounter elephants, lions, wild dogs, zebras, hyenas, buffalos, wildebeests, elands, hartebeest, crocodiles, lizards, and other wildlife. The park is also home to over 300 bird species.
Day Trip to Udzungwa Mountains National Park
Udzungwa Mountains National Park - After breakfast, head to Udzungwa Mountains National Park and embark on a walk through this stunning park, taking in its breathtaking natural beauty. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush and continue exploring the area around the magnificent Sanje Waterfall, home to endemic red colobus monkeys and beautiful landscapes. Lunch will be served at the Sanje Viewpoint. Afterwards, descend to meet the vehicle and begin the drive back to Mikumi.
Full Day Game Drive in Mikumi National Park
Mikumi National Park - Spend a full day on game drives in Mikumi. During the safari, observe a diverse array of bird species, along with numerous giraffes, buffalos, and elephants. With some luck, you might also spot lions, leopards, and African wild dogs. Commonly seen animals include zebras, hippos, hartebeest, wildebeest, impalas, warthogs, elands, and antelopes.
