Ngorongoro Crater - Guests will be picked up from their hotel in Arusha or from Kilimanjaro International Airport and will proceed to have lunch in Arusha Town. Following lunch, they will drive to the Ngorongoro Crater, the largest intact caldera in the world. Its lasting appeal comes from its stunning physical beauty and the abundance of wildlife that resides permanently on the crater floor. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge.

Ngorongoro Conservation Area - After breakfast, guests will depart for a half-day tour of the crater floor. They will return to the lodge for lunch and enjoy a leisurely afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge.

Drive to Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park - After breakfast, guests will drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, renowned as the most famous wildlife sanctuary in the world, unmatched for its natural beauty and the greatest concentration of plains game anywhere. On the way, they will visit the Olduvai Gorge, a site of archaeological discoveries where traces of prehistoric humans dating back 3.5 million years have been found. Lunch will be served at the lodge, followed by afternoon game drives until sunset. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge.

Explore Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park - The entire day will be spent in the Serengeti with morning and afternoon game drives. Guests will then transfer to Manzo Mgumu in Mwanza for an overnight stay.

Transfer to Mwanza

Lake Mburo National Park - After an early morning breakfast, guests will drive through Mgumu to Mwanza, where they will board a ferry to Bukoba, then proceed to Mutukula and drive to Lake Mburo National Park. They will check into their accommodation and relax after a long day.

Game Drive and Horse Riding

Lake Mburo National Park - After breakfast, guests will venture into the wild to observe the various species inhabiting the wilderness. They will return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation, followed by horseback riding in the evening.

Game Drive

Lake Mburo National Park - After an early morning breakfast, guests will head into the bush for a game drive. Following the drive, they will return to the lodge for a hot lunch, then check out and drive to Bwindi.

Gorilla Trekking and Batwa Experience

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - After an early morning breakfast, guests will report to Bwindi headquarters at the Buhoma sector in the North. They will receive an orientation on gorilla trekking regulations, be assigned a gorilla family, and the trek will begin at 8:00 am. They will trek through the dense rainforest, searching for mountain gorillas, butterflies, other mammals, and birds along the way. The experience will last 2-6 hours, and after encountering a gorilla group, guests will spend 1 hour with them while maintaining a distance of about 10 meters. After observing the mountain gorillas in the misty forest of Bwindi, they will have lunch. Later, they will learn and interact with the Batwa pygmies, who are said to have lived there for 500,000 years, exploring different cultures, traditions, and lifestyles.

Transfer to Entebbe

Uganda Equator - After breakfast, guests will check out of the lodge and drive back to Kampala or Entebbe via Mbarara and Masaka. This will conclude the 9-day safari.
