• Kilimanjaro National Park - Guests will be picked up in the morning from their hotel in Arusha/Moshi and transported to the Marangu Gate, situated at 1860m. The journey will take about 1 hour. After completing the necessary gate registration, the trek will commence, leading through the lush Kilimanjaro rainforest. In addition to the remarkable vegetation, there will be opportunities to spot black and white colobus monkeys, blue monkeys, and various bird species. The knowledgeable English-speaking guide will provide insights about Kilimanjaro and explain the different plant and animal species encountered. Visitors will also meet mountain climbers descending from the summit, who might share their experiences, inspiring dreams of a future climb! After a 3–4-hour hike, Mandara Hut (2700m) will be reached, offering a well-deserved rest and lunch. Once the breathtaking views have been thoroughly enjoyed, the return journey to the Marangu Gate will take 2-3 hours on foot.

The adventure starts at Marangu Gate (1,900 m), where travelers will traverse the lush equatorial rainforest on their way to Mandara Hut (2,700 m), situated at the edge of the forest belt just below Maundi Crater. During the journey, they will witness the mountain’s diverse ecosystem and enjoy breathtaking views of the magnificent Mount Kilimanjaro. The path provides chances to spot a variety of colorful bird species and different types of monkeys, such as the Black-and-White Colobus. Hikers may also meet those descending from the summit—it’s a great opportunity to celebrate their achievement with a high-five!
