Dar es Salaam to Gombe National Park

Lake Tanganyika - Begin the day with a morning flight from Arusha, Dar es Salaam, or Zanzibar Airport to Kigoma. Upon arrival, you will be greeted and transferred to Gombe National Park. Once there, check into your accommodation where a delicious hot lunch will be served.

Gombe National Park - After enjoying lunch and a brief rest, you will meet with a professional armed ranger to embark on a 3-4 hour chimpanzee trek through the lush tropical forests of Gombe Stream National Park. Encounter various chimpanzee clans, warthogs, baboons, and numerous monkey species. Return to camp for refreshments and dinner.

Transfer to Mahale National Park

Lake Tanganyika - Following breakfast, embark on a 2-hour transfer to Mahale Mountain National Park. A boat excursion is available at an additional cost.
