Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park - Guests will be collected from their hotel in Arusha to join fellow travelers and embark on a journey to Tarangire National Park. After approximately 2 hours, the group will reach the park’s entrance, where registration will take place before beginning the first safari game drive. Typically, the game drive lasts between 4 to 6 hours, allowing exploration of the Tarangire plains and wildlife viewing, particularly near the Tarangire River banks, which attract numerous animals seeking water. Tarangire is renowned for its large herds of elephants, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, cheetahs, Grant’s gazelles, Thomson’s gazelles, impalas, and more. In the evening, guests will be transported to Mto wa Mbu/Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay at their accommodation.

Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Conservation Area - On the final day, the adventure begins early in the morning, as both small and large cats are more active before the sun becomes too hot. The journey will proceed to the Ngorongoro main gate for registration, followed by a drive to the Crater’s rim, where a brief stop at the View Point offers breathtaking views of the Crater floor. After a few moments of admiration, the descent to the Crater floor begins for an exciting day of game drives, lasting between 4 to 6 hours. The Crater walls, standing 600 meters high, create a natural zoo for over 30,000 animals, including the Big Five. Visitors can expect to see lions, elephants, zebras, topis, elands, jackals, hyenas, buffaloes, and, with some luck, the elusive leopard and occasionally the rare black rhinos. In the afternoon, after fulfilling game drives, guests will be transported back to Arusha.
