Arusha to Tarangire

Tarangire National Park - You’ll be picked up from your location and embark on a 3-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a full day of game drives in the park before heading to Marera View Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay. Tarangire National Park is located 115 km from Arusha and spans an area of 2,800 square kilometers. The park is named after the Tarangire River, which attracts a variety of wildlife. Major attractions include large herds of elephants, tree-climbing pythons, and baobab trees. You may also spot lions, leopards, and other animals.

Tarangire to Serengeti

Serengeti National Park - After a full breakfast, pack your luggage into the safari jeep and begin an en-route game drive to Serengeti, with lunch inside the jeep. Along the way, you’ll enjoy views of the Rift Valley and Ngorongoro Crater, arriving in Serengeti around 3 PM. An evening game drive in central Serengeti will offer a chance to see the sunset before dinner and an overnight stay at Serengeti Heritage Tented Lodge.

Serengeti Full Day Game Drive

Serengeti National Park - Start your day early with a full breakfast before embarking on a full day of game drives in Serengeti. Your driver will take you to key areas of the park. The Great Migration varies each year, with the best chances of witnessing it from June to September. Wildebeest calving occurs from January to March. From July to September, your driver will take you to northern Serengeti to see the wildebeest crossing the Mara River. After a full day of game drives, return to Serengeti Heritage Tented Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

Serengeti National Park - Wake up at 5:45 AM for an early breakfast and sunrise viewing in Serengeti. After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive until 11:30 AM, then return to the campsite for a hot lunch and pack your belongings. Continue with a game drive in Serengeti as you head to Ngorongoro Crater, where you’ll stay at Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Ngorongoro Crater to Lake Manyara

Ngorongoro Crater - Wake up around 5:30 AM for breakfast, then descend to the Ngorongoro Crater floor to see the Big Five and various bird species, including the black rhino. Enjoy lunch inside the crater while observing nature and flamingos. After a 6-7 hour game drive, ascend from the crater and return to the campsite to pack your luggage. Drive to Marera View Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay. After the crater tour, take a walking tour in Mto wa Mbu village to experience local life, see banana plantations, and taste local food.

Lake Manyara to Arusha

Lake Manyara National Park - After breakfast, head to Lake Manyara for a full day of game drives. Inside the park, you may see tree-climbing lions and numerous flamingos attracted by the lake’s algae. Visit a hot spring and a Maasai Boma to learn about Maasai culture and traditions. Later, drive back to Arusha for dinner and an overnight stay.
