Safari in the Ngorongoro Crater
Ngorongoro Crater - Experience a half-day safari in the Ngorongoro Crater. This is the premier location in Tanzania to observe black rhinos and a pride of lions, including the impressive black-maned males. The area is also home to many colorful flamingos and a variety of water birds. Other wildlife you might encounter includes leopards, cheetahs, and hyenas, along with various antelope species and small mammals. Return to the Highview Hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Travel to Lake Manyara National Park
Lake Manyara National Park - Travel from the Highview Hotel to Lake Manyara National Park. After enjoying lunch in Manyara, embark on a game drive to observe monkeys and elephants seeking shade under a baobab tree. Other wildlife sightings may include zebras, impalas, monkeys, giraffes, buffalos, hippos, and more. In the late afternoon, return to Marangu for an overnight stay at the Springlands Hotel or a similar accommodation.
