Mikumi National Park - Begin the day with a morning pickup from the hotel or airport in Dar es Salaam and travel to Mikumi National Park. Be warmly greeted by herds of elephants, giraffes, impalas, lions, buffalos, and many more.

Mikumi National Park - After enjoying breakfast at the lodge, set out with packed lunches for a full-day game drive within the park to observe a variety of wildlife. Common sightings include lions, eland, hartebeest, buffalo, wildebeest, giraffe, zebra, and elephants, among others. Lunch will be enjoyed at a picnic site before continuing the drive to the hippos and crocodiles pool. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner.
Ruaha Game Drive
Ruaha National Park - Following an early breakfast at Mikumi Park, travel to Ruaha National Park via Iringa town, passing through picturesque countryside with beautiful valleys and mountains. Upon arrival, head straight to the park for a game drive until evening, then proceed to Ruaha Hilltop Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Udzungwa Mountains National Park - Visitors will be amazed by the lush forests and mountains of Udzungwa Mountains National Park, a stark contrast to the arid plains typical of southeastern Tanzania. The forests are alive with rich birdlife and ten different primate species, making it Tanzania’s richest monkey habitat. The Kilombero floodplain is home to hippos and crocodiles, and sightings of elephants and leopards are possible. Enjoy breathtaking views throughout.

Nyerere National Park - A visit to the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Selous is a must. Spot zebra, giraffe, hippo, crocodile, buffalo, wildebeest, elephant, and the rarer spotted hyena, leopard, and African wild dog. Nyerere National Park is believed to have the highest lion population in Africa. The scenery is equally impressive, with rocky hills, palm-fringed lakes, and the expansive Rufiji River flowing through the reserve.

Once an Arab-occupied fishing village, it was known for minting gold and trading spices, jewelry, and slaves, with festivities held under the moonlight. Nearby Songo Mnara, a small island close to Kisiwani, was a Swahili stone town founded in the early 19th century. Its shorter history compared to its renowned neighbor allows archaeologists to study early Swahili houses within a specific timeframe.
Kilwa - Dar es Salaam
Dar es Salaam - After breakfast at the lodge, guests will be transferred to Dar es Salaam with a packed lunch. They will be dropped off at the hotel or the airport/ferry.
