Mikumi Game Drive

Mikumi National Park - Guests will be collected from their location in Dar es Salaam and driven to Morogoro for an early buffet lunch at a restaurant near Morogoro town. Following lunch, they will proceed to Mikumi National Park for an exhilarating afternoon and evening game drive. In the evening, they will head to Camp Bastian for an overnight stay.

Udzungwa Mountains National Park

Udzungwa Mountains National Park - After breakfast, with packed lunch boxes from the lodge, guests will travel to Udzungwa Mountains National Park. They can enjoy hiking and exploring waterfalls in Sanje with a guide, experiencing birds, monkeys, and more. After descending, they will drive back to Mikumi for dinner and an overnight stay at Camp Bastian.

Nyerere National Park - Boat Trip to Rufiji River

Nyerere National Park - After breakfast at the lodge, guests will begin their journey to Nyerere National Park, which takes 7 to 8 hours. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed en route, traveling through some of Tanzania’s most unexplored and untouched areas. Upon arrival, guests will embark on an afternoon and evening boat ride on the Rufiji River. Dinner and an overnight stay will be at Nyerere Tented Camp.

Nyerere Game Drive

Nyerere National Park - After breakfast at the lodge, with packed lunches, guests will enjoy game drives within the park. They can expect to see a wide array of animals such as lions, elephants, giraffes, buffalo, zebras, hyenas, and more. Additionally, they will witness a diverse range of birds and stunning scenery with varied landscapes, including wetlands, dry grasslands, light acacia forests, and elevated areas offering expansive views of distant mountains. Guests will return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay at Nyerere Tented Camp.

Bush Walk then Depart to Dar es Salaam

Nyerere National Park - Guests will embark on an early morning walking safari in Selous Forest before returning for breakfast. They will then prepare for their journey back to Dar es Salaam with packed lunches.
