Arrival in Zanzibar

Zanzibar Island - Upon arrival in Zanzibar, a driver will greet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel.

Enjoy a 2-hour walking tour of Stone Town.

Zanzibar to Dar es Salaam to Mikumi National Park with Half-Day Game Drive

Mikumi Park - Depart from your hotel and head to the ferry terminal to board an Azam Marine ferry to Dar es Salaam. Upon arrival, your driver will transfer you to Mikumi for an afternoon of game drives.

The journey from Dar es Salaam to Mikumi is approximately 4 to 5 hours on a well-maintained road. You will arrive around noon and immediately embark on game drives in the park, with lunch at a picnic site. In the evening, proceed to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Full-Day Game Drive in Mikumi National Park

Mikumi Park - After breakfast, your driver will take you to Mikumi for a full day of game drives. Mikumi National Park is part of the expansive Selous Ecosystem, which includes the Selous Game Reserve, and is home to a diverse array of bird species and wildlife. Animals you may encounter include giraffes, lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, impalas, warthogs, zebras, wildebeests, elands, and various antelopes.

After a full day of game drives, return to your camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Maasai Village Tour, Transfer to Dar, then Ferry to Zanzibar

Mikumi Park - After breakfast, check out of the camp and embark on a cultural tour of a Maasai village to learn about their traditions. Later, drive back to Dar es Salaam, with lunch en route, where the safari concludes. You will be dropped off at the ferry terminal to take an Azam Marine ferry back to Zanzibar.

Upon arrival in Zanzibar, a driver will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel in Nungwi.

Relax Day at the Beach

Nungwi - Spend a full day relaxing on the beach and exploring. Enjoy the hotel’s amenities.

Half-Day Dolphin Tour with Snorkeling and Swimming with Sea Turtles in a Natural Aquarium

Zanzibar Island - Your driver and guide will take you on a Mnemba dolphin tour, including snorkeling with provided fruits.

Then, head to swim with turtles in a natural aquarium at Salaam Cave.

Return to your hotel afterward.

Full-Day Safari Blue Tour

Safari Blue Adventure - After breakfast, your driver and guide will take you to Fumba, where you will board a dhow for a cruise, visiting 2 to 3 islands. Fruits and a seafood lunch are provided. (The dhow is shared with other clients, but you will have your own guide.)

Return to Nungwi later.

Departure from Zanzibar

Abeid Amani Karume International Airport - After breakfast, check out of your hotel, and your driver will transfer you to the airport for your flight home.
