Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park - Depart from an Arusha hotel at 8:00 AM for a three-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a full day of game viewing within the park, followed by a drive to Farms of Dreams Lodge in Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay. Tarangire National Park is located 115 km from Arusha and spans an area of 2,800 square kilometers. The park is named after the Tarangire River, which attracts a variety of wildlife. Major attractions include large elephant populations, tree-climbing pythons, and baobab trees. Visitors can also spot lions, leopards, and other wildlife.

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park - After breakfast, travel towards Serengeti National Park through the scenic highlands of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the heart of wild Africa, the Serengeti National Park, known for its vast plains stretching to the horizon. Head to the central Seronera area, a rich wildlife habitat featuring the Seronera River, which attracts a diverse range of species. Arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the park until sunset.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro

Ngorongoro Conservation Area - Rise early at 5:45 AM to witness the sunrise in the Serengeti. After breakfast, embark on a morning game drive until 11:30 AM, then return to the campsite for a hot lunch and pack your belongings into the jeep. Continue the game drive in the Serengeti while heading to the Ngorongoro Crater, staying overnight at Simba Campsite for dinner.

Ngorongoro to Arusha

Ngorongoro Crater - Early risers can enjoy stunning views of the sunrise over the crater’s edge. After a hearty breakfast, descend the adventurous track into the crater. This UNESCO World Heritage Site, one of Africa’s seven wonders, is a remarkable ecosystem formed millions of years ago by a volcanic explosion. The crater is 610 meters deep and covers approximately 260 square kilometers. With a dense animal population of around 25,000, it offers exceptional game viewing opportunities. Spot wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, elephants, and over 500 bird species. With luck, you might see the endangered black rhino. After lunch, ascend the crater walls and head to Mto wa Mbu for a short tour.

Ngorongoro Crater to Lake Manyara National Park

Lake Manyara National Park - Lake Manyara National Park is a truly extraordinary destination. Witness the stunning sight of thousands of flamingos gracing the lake’s shimmering waters, creating a pink-hued spectacle. The park is home to large herds of elephants, zebras grazing on open plains, playful monkey troops, and a diverse array of birdlife.
