Covered in Mediterranean scrub and exotic plants, the charming islet is a lush botanical garden. Sheltered by two headlands, the beach is composed of pebbles and gravel. Visitors can choose to relax at one of the equipped beach clubs with umbrellas and sunbeds or enjoy the public beach area. The most serene spot is the small beach at the base of Isola Bella, where the play of light creates stunning, changing water colors. Elsewhere, the waters are clear and incredibly transparent, shallow, and dotted with rocks, making it perfect for swimming and snorkeling among seaweed and reef fish.

The Bay of the Sirens is one of the best seaside locations in Taormina. Hidden from view by a small headland, it is a less crowded spot. The bay resembles a natural harbor where local fishermen find shelter. Inside, it features a very shallow seabed, creating the perfect habitat for many marine species, particularly the seagrass Posidonia, which is rich in important properties for our sea’s ecosystem.
