Best cooking class I have done!!! - This is the best food making class I have ever done. The food we made was delicious and better than some food around Taormina. They gave you a chance to make pasta as well as pizza. There is a massive option of toppings to put on your pizza. They took a few minutes to come out of the oven and were perfect. It is very social and fun. We met some very fun people who gave us some good food recommendations like Oysteria de Rita which was very good. There is lots of wine which you can drink while making your pizza which you eat afterwards. They also gave you the pasta you make as well. The Chefs were also very helpful and funny. They kept us entertained throughout the night with lots of laughter and chatter. They also gave us certificates at the end.

Excellent pizza and pasta class - We had a fantastic time doing the pizza and pasta making evening. We were a bit worried at first as it was a large group but thankfully the two chefs (Maurizio and Daniel - i think? Apologies i cannot remember your name) were excellent at making sire everyone understood what to do, answered any questions and gave tips and tricks for pasta and pizza. We started off making pasta, then had some cheese, meats and breads. We then made our pizza dough which they use for bread due to proving time. We were then given some dough ready to shape and then put toppings on in the pizza oven kitchen. We then all sat and ate our pizza's, the pasta and drank jugs of wine which were available throughout the session. For dessert we had cannoli each and a shot of limoncello. We met some wonderful people and ate amazing food. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Super experience in Taormina! - Wow, what a great experience in Taormina!! We got a super good lesson in pizza and pasta making from Mauro and Francesca! In between we were spoiled with a nice aperitif (charcuterie, bread), wine and water a volonté! Afterwards we were allowed to taste our homemade pasta and pizza and we were also served a local dessert and limoncello! Very nice Italian atmosphere and patient and friendly host and host Mauro and Francesca! Highly recommended if you want to do something different in Taormina!

Very good experience to attend one of the pizza baking classes. Not only you can learn the secret of Italian pizza, but the time spent here was fulfilled with humour amd some wine ;) thank you Maurizo!

Girls trip approved! - So much fun! Our group really enjoyed the experience and the chefs were amazing! They made the experience with their bubbly personalities… and the pizza was delicious!

Best experience- A Must! - The best experience in our trip through Italy. It should be added as a cruise excursion. Our hosts were friendly helpful knowledgeable but most of all FUN! Even so many extras included we didn’t know about.
Only downside was it didn’t include transportation to and from the port.
Otherwise fantastic experience, can’t wait to get home to try what we learned.

9 ladies on tour - Excellent and fun experience, very relaxing and more included than we thought.
Apron was special to takeaway and the food on top of pizza added to the experience.
Excellent restaurant.

Super fun and yummy!! - Super fun class, dynamic chefs made the class fun! We really enjoyed meeting people from around the world and had fun learning to make pasta & pizza. Highly recommend!

Italian masterpieces - This was SO much fun! We had 11 of us and Mauricio and staff were absolutely wonderful! We were coming by taxi from a cruise ship and were running late and it was no problem. Very enjoyable experience making pasta and pizza and drinking wine and then eating our masterpieces. A few yummy cannolis were also provided. The apron is a fun keepsake too! Cool experience.

Delicious pizza, mediocre experience - The class was very impersonal and didn’t really get into the technique of making pizza. We had taken an earlier cooking class during our trip that was far superior; this may have led to our disappointment with this particular class. At one point in time, we were left to sit at a table while the staff had lunch together. This class was definitely a tourist trap - not for someone looking for a local experience. But, I will say, my pizza was delicious.
