Yus is absolutely THE BEST💙 - I discovered Yus and his private transfer/excursion organization agency by chance during my meticulous search for tailor-made itineraries for my solo trip to Malaysia and decided to write him an email heartened by the great reviews found on both Viator and Tripadvisor: it is very rare to come across 5 star reviews but after meeting him in person I understood why. I didn’t know exactly what to expect when booking from Italy or if I would go on a shared tour in English with other people and instead I was treated like a True Queen.. Yus has always been available both in the booking phase and clarifications by email, and subsequently through whatsapp, punctual and impeccable he dedicated his time to a private tour going far beyond expectations by adding customization to the original booking allowing me to do exactly what I wanted. If I had not met him my trip would not have been the same .. I am so grateful that rating it with 5 stars is really simplistic as it deserves at least 100 and even more. Even his network of collaborators and drivers with whom I had the pleasure of sharing other milestones of my trip were exceptionally delicious, sunny, nice, impeccable both in their professionalism and on a human level telling me precious anecdotes during pick-ups and / or transfers reserved. I can not find the words to thank Yus because he alone played an essential role in my holiday .. without him nothing would have been the same and nothing would have been possible. Immediate communication both via email and whatsapp is something I have NEVER experienced and I think it is impossible to find even in VIP and luxury treatments. Yus is RARE, UNIQUE .. absolutely unobtainable. I recommend to rely only on Yus Travel Malaysia for anything if like me you are a DIY traveler and do not like package tours pre-packaged by travel agencies but want real contact with the local culture. Infinitely grateful... Yus not only are you a true professional .. among the best in the world ... and in the universe .. but you are also a man of immense Heart and I am and will be infinitely grateful to have decided to write to you so many months ago and to have met you on my way!

Great experience! - We were a group of 5 adults+ 1 kid and following previous reviews we decided to go ahead with this company. We used this company for 2 days: 1 day Malacca+Putrajaya and 1 day Cameron Highlands day trip. They were absolutely great, formal and patient. There are not guides in these tours but the drivers are quite knowledgeable and willing to answer and follow your queries. Price wise is an excellent choice and we felt very safe during the whole trip. We want to thank Mr Yus, Ismail and Amin as they were very communicative and honest, we highly recommend their services.

Safe and long trip - Yus is a very reliable and safe driver. He took the 4 of us from KL to GeorgeTown with stops in the Cameroon Highlands. With more budget you can get bigger car options but Yus Toyota was good enough to leave us satisfied with the trip.
