Smooth Pick Up Tashkent Airport - Exceptional service and great experience. We don’t speak the language and the operator was in constant contact with me until our driver arrived. They were right on time and the prices was great. Really clean and great vehicle. 5 stars! I would definitely recommend. The price was also very good.

Airport pickup from Tashkent - This is a convenient service for picking up at the airport. Very new vehicle driven professionally with an English speaking guide.

If you want someone to walk you across the street... - We were so disappointed with this. We thought there would be someone waiting with our names on a sign and we'd be directly driven to our hotel. Nope. Several texts had to go back and forth to find the person sent to get us. (There was no sign with our names.) Then, he literally walked us across the street and ordered us a Yandex (aka: Uber), which we had to wait quite some time for. Our "guide" said, "I told him your hotel" and left. The driver did not speak English. He took us to the wrong hotel. Luckily, the Yandex driver was incredibly kind and helped us get to the right place, but if we had wanted a non-English speaking Yandex driver, we could have done it ourselves for a fraction of the price. No need for this "service" at all. My advice: avoid the back-and-forth texting, walk yourself across the street, and order your own Yandex. It will be faster and much much cheaper.

A very upset customer - I am a seasoned traveller and follow certain practices as expected. I excepted the driver to communicate with me beforehand, it’s my responsibility to keep the driver informed of my flight status, my timing once I arrived the destination (such as I passed the immigration, picking up luggage, etc). I expect the pickup to be smooth with no hiccups if everyone does his/her job. I did my part as always but I didn’t see the driver waiting for me at the exit. I contacted the agency (not the driver himself), the agency didn’t know where I was going and got confused to drop me off or picking me up from the hotel vs. airport. The agency did find a driver in 10 minutes but he failed to tell me where to meet the driver. Just giving me the driver’s license plate and the type of car he drove didn’t help me at all. It would operate much smoother if I communicated with the driver directly (like other agencies do), the agency acted like they completely forgot about my order (even though I fully paid the order two days prior) and tried to find a driver at last minute, a poorly managed the situation. I was late for my team meeting due to this airport transport issue. I would be better off by taking a taxi instead.

Do not book this service - Do not book this service. They never reached out to me to confirm details, I finally had to do so the day before. On the day of, they completely ghosted me. No word from the driver, and I was stranded at Tashkent airport. I took a private taxi to my hotel. I learned HOURS later that the driver couldn’t make it that day from the manager. They offered me a free ride back to the airport at the end of my trip, which I of course did not want, I just wanted a refund. Although this happened two weeks ago, the refund has yet to go through, so I was left stranded AND I now have to fight for my money back. Not worth the hassle at all.
