- Telavi Wine Cellar - Archaeological discoveries in Telavi trace back to the Bronze Age. One of the earliest known references to Telavi dates to the 2nd century AD.
- Shumi Winery - Next, the journey continues to Tsinandali Village, where visitors can explore a local farmer’s garden, known as Edemi in Tsinandali, along with the house and winery. The farmer will demonstrate traditional homemade winemaking techniques, including wine tasting. Guests will also have the opportunity to prepare local Georgian dishes such as Georgian bread, Khinkali, Khachapuri, and Churchkhela. Here, one can also see a unique grape tree, the only one of its kind in the entire Eurasian continent.
