Changed the meeting point without notice, so I got the worst seat despite arriving early - I arrived early at the stated meeting point, aiming to get a comfortable set on the bus, only to be told via text that the bus would be late. Turns out they stopped first to fill up with a big group, so when it arrived it was already full and I got an uncomfortable seat wedged into the last row. Not happy with that. The sights and the tour guide were good.
