- Badiauri - Located in the Kakheti region of Georgia, Badiauri is renowned for its traditional bakeries, Georgian bread, and cheese.
- Bodbe Monastery of St. Nino - This monastic complex is situated in Kakheti, near the town of Sighnaghi, on the Gombori hills. According to Georgian Orthodox tradition, Saint Nino, a 4th-century female evangelist who Christianized Georgia, settled and passed away in the Bodbe area.
- Sighnaghi - Known as the “City of Wine and Love,” Sighnaghi is a charming hill town that appeals to those seeking a break from the hustle and bustle. It features picturesque fortifications and shrines surrounding the city.
- Nikolashvili’s Wine Cellar - Guests are invited to a local Georgian family to enjoy craft wine tasting and traditional Georgian cuisine. Our wine cellar, over 100 years old, houses six large (2-3 tons capacity) and six smaller ‘kvevri’ (large ceramic vessels for wine buried underground). These kvevri were established by our family’s great-grandfather, and the passion for winemaking has been passed down through generations. Traditional wine production is a vital part of our lives. Guests can taste Georgian homemade wine from special clay vessels “qvevri” and learn about the traditional winemaking process. Enjoy lunch with barbecue and other regional dishes, and experience genuine Georgian hospitality.
