• Gergeti Trinity Church - Visit the Gergeti Holy Trinity Church, constructed in the 14th century at an elevation of 2170 meters beneath Mount Kazbek (5054 meters). During times of peril, valuable relics from Mtskheta, including Saint Nino’s Cross, were safeguarded here. The temple’s south wall features a small council chamber (15th-16th centuries) where the Khevi Elders addressed crucial community matters.
