• Ananuri Fortified Castle Ensemble - Begin your adventure to the Caucasus Mountains. The first stop is the Ananuri complex, a 16th-17th century fortress and church, once the residence of the “Eristavis” (Dukes) of Aragvi. The complex includes fortifications, churches, and other religious and civic structures. Explore the fortress and enjoy stunning views of the Jinvali reservoir from the complex.
• Gergeti Trinity Church - Continue driving north via the Jvari (Cross) Pass at an elevation of 2,395 meters above sea level, arriving at the town of Stepantsminda, the administrative center of the Khevi province. Here, the transport will be switched to a local 4x4 vehicle for an off-road drive to the top of Gergeti Mountain, where the solitary Gergeti Holy Trinity Church stands. The ancient wall carvings on the church’s facade are well-preserved. If the weather is favorable, Mount Kazbegi peak will be visible. At 5,033 meters above sea level, it’s the third highest peak in Georgia.
• Gveleti Waterfall - Return to Stepantsminda and proceed to the Dariali gorge. Enjoy an easy hike (20-30 minutes) along the river to the Gveleti waterfalls, and relish the tranquility of untouched nature.

Drive back to Tbilisi and arrive at your accommodation in the evening.
