Great tour, amazing places and ends with a baptism. Highly recommend - It was an excellent tour. I couldn't ask for more. The ride was smooth and everything was on time. Visoted all the places we wanted to see and even a couple more that were not in our plan. Yale, the tour guide was great. She gave us very interesting and insightful information about the places we visited. I can honestly recommend this tour.

Memorable Northern Israel Tour - It was a wonderful day for a Northern Israel Tour. Felt so blessed with a great tour host and courteous driver. Yael was so sweet and knowledgeable and brought us to these momentous and ancient locations. We went to all the significant places where Jesus lived from His toddler years up to His very first miracle and other miracles that happened in the area. Its was such a special and spiritual journey we will never forget.

Very interesting tour - We had Shlomi for a trip to Nazareth. He was an excellent guide and was highly organised, including opening a WhatsApp chat and willing to answer any questions. The trip was informative and good value for money. Many thanks Shlomi.

5 star service - Our tour with Sharif was absolutely unforgettable! He took us from Nazareth to the Sea of Galilee, sharing so much history and insight along the way — you can truly tell he’s passionate and incredibly knowledgeable about every site. The highlight of our day was getting baptized in the Jordan River, and Sharif went above and beyond to make that experience meaningful and smooth for us. He was patient, kind, and made us feel comfortable the entire time. I can’t recommend him enough — if you’re visiting the Holy Land, make sure you tour with Sharif!

Excellent, safe, and fun tour of Galilee - Max did great as a guide and our driver was safe/professional. The guide, Max was sensitive to my wife's disabilities. Max was multilingual too, knowing both Spanish and Russian, as do I. This was helpful, as I didn't need to translate to Spanish for my wife. He could speak directly with her. The tour was great also because I preferred to relax and let someone else drive for a day. We felt safe and cared for as well, given the current conflict situation. The tour was timely, fun, and educational. It was a pleasure to experience what Israel's northern Galilee region had to offer. We came to Israel to volunteer, as well as for sightseeing. We came to stand with Israel in this difficult time, and felt safe and fulfilled in doing so.

Bad experience - frustrating tour of Galilee and the guide's inability to relate to tourists - The problems started before the start of the tour. The scheduled time was 7:15. In the trip summary there was no recommendation of arrival in advance. Based on other tours I hired for Trip Advisor, I imagined it was a meeting time for departure at 7:30. As I was heading towards the meeting point, at 7:15 the guide (Shlomi) called me saying that I was leaving. I asked if I could wait 10 minutes for my arrival. He said to run and would wait. At 7:20 Shlomi called me again asking where I was because I was leaving. I got angry with the call just 5 minutes after the first and 5 minutes before my expected arrival and said that I was entering the parking lot and would arrive in an instant. We're on board. Total of 8 tourists. We started the tour in Galilee and visited the first two churches on the roadmap. When we went to the third, fourth and fifth checkpoints, they were all closed. Shlomi said he did not understand why they would be closed (it would be because it is a Catholic holiday - 1/jan ?), that we would try to come back later in the day and contacted the tour agency. We went to the baptism site on the Jordan River. He received guidance from the agency to take us to Ceasarea, after lunch, since the rest of the tour in Galilee was compromised by the locations closed. For lunch took us to a small shwarma restaurant next to a gas station. He wanted to give us 20 minutes to eat. I asked for 40 minutes and he ended up accepting 35 minutes, that is, until 15:15. All other tourists had finished their meals and got on the van at 15:05. At 15:07, while I was eating, Shlomi asked me to go back to the van. I interpeled him saying that there were still 7 minutes left for the agreed schedule, but he ignored the situation and reinforced the request for me to return to the bus. I didn't answer him and at 15:12 he started moving the van, seeming to be leaving us behind. I had to quickly run with my wife, pay the sandwiches quickly (140 shkalim for the two sandwiches) and run to the van begging them not to leave. We had a rough discussion when we got in the van. I told him he wasn't meeting the agreed lunch schedule. At the end, to the bus microphone, Shlomi said we could make any bad assessment of him, didn’t mind, and revealed that he regretted waiting for us for the 10 minutes we were late at the start of the tour. We have not had any dialogue since then. When the van arrived at Ceasarea Shlomi took the group of the other six tourists to the tour. My wife and I chose to stay in the van. At the end of the tour, Shlomi asked us to get in touch with the travel agency to see how to address the unvisited points. There was no convincing explanation of why the sights were closed.

Galilee itinerary - I am a first time user of viator and its app. On may 28 I had a paid and confirmed trip 1650425259 to Galilee, Israel. I was told on may 30 by viator that I had cancelled the trip but I did not cancel the trip but failed to follow through and generate my tickets and I believe the system perceived that as a traveler canceling their ticket. I then rebooked the Galilee trip that same day and viator cancelled that trip I believe. I’m just writing to confirm that both of my bookings $149 to Galilee for $298 are refunded please. Thanks. Kevin. Please don’t post this comment as I’m sure the trip would have been just fine. I just want to assure the refunds and as I’m on travel I can’t easily contact my credit card company to talk with them.
