Beyond my expectations - Life changing tour. The wisdom and passion of our tour guide and driver, Dorit and Dan, surpassed all of my expectations. The views of city, churches and the Sea of Galilee were breath taking.

Airport pick up - Very efficient service. Our ‘meet and greeter’ met us in the baggage reclaim area and took us to meet our driver. Driver was polite and took us to our destination

flight delay no pickup - problem was not with viator but, with the transfer company. flight delay caused a no pickup even after informing company of delay 15 hours in advance.

Best to go with another company - Pro: we got there, the van was comfortable
Con: everything else.
Arrived in TLV, no driver to be found - later insisted he'd been there, but not true (we had walked around for 20 mins, asked all other drivers there with name cards). Communications with company took some work. Driver himself was... sometimes aggressive, sometimes out to lunch. Driving cultures of the world vary, to be sure, but this one was being yelled at by locals. Probably best to go with another company

Poor Service - We were scheduled for pick up at Tele Aviv airport on 1/8/2020. When we arrived, there was no driver to pick us up. I called Viator and they said our transport was canceled. It had bed scheduled for 1/7 and changed to 1/8. Changes confirmed in emails by Viator.
Following the above conversation, I received a call from a Viator “driver” who was looking for thus at the airport. I called Viator to clarify and was told they would investigate and call back. Viator did call back and said our transport was canceled. We used a cab to get to hotel. What a mess - and we prepaid for service - and told our prepay was non-refundable.
