Professional, safety at the top, equipment at the top - Fantastic trial with experienced instructors who speak both Danish and English. We had an exclusive experience as we were only 2 participants and it was perfect. One instructor took photos along the way, which were subsequently sent on WhatsApp for fair payment.

Great experience and company! - I had my first diving experience here in Gran Canaria through a "trial course" about the Zeus dive center. In the morning I was picked up directly from my hotel and on site I was given an introduction, after which I went underwater after a few exercises. This entry with the "trial course" was very easy for me by an enormously experienced diving instructor from the "old school" named Mike, who eased my fear to feel safe while diving. The pace is adapted to the newcomers to diving, depending on how confident you feel and how confident you dare. After my first experience with equipment underwater, I registered directly for the Open water diver (diving certificate) and completed it two days later. This all went smoothly and could learn a lot from it. Language-wise, the diving school is also prepared for different nationalities and languages. All in all, exploring the underwater world, as well as the diving school is highly recommended.

Relaxed and safe diving! - This year was the 4th. Let's go diving with Zeus. 5 days with 10 dives (all from the boat this time). As always very relaxed and always safe! And dolphins were added for free. Will be back next year!

Fun and safe diving! - Wery friendly and professional instructors. We dived with our 11 & 8 yo kids and we felt safe all the time. A lot of parrotfish, octopus and cuttlefish on the location this day so we got really lucky!

Shambles of a dive company - WOW! A business that doesn't want your business! Extremely unprofessional and rude. I visited in person to discuss additional diving opportunities. I had already booked 3 days diving with their excellent competitor. Dive shop open..... Employee had no idea about prices or availability, just shrugged meoff and sent me to the main office. Went to the main office (during their opening hours) Owner and 1 other sat on the computer and chatting, wouldn't even open the door, again just shrugged me off. Pity for them as I had a lot of money to spend on equipment (dive computers etc). Saw the state of some of their cylinders as they were diving the same spot as their competitors. When we're these last serviced properly? Severely Rusted necks on at least half the cylinders in their van... As kit Officer for our club, I would have had these scrapped years ago. Glad I never dived with them.....

Is Zeus Dive Center a Scam? My 3-Hour Wait & Rude Instructor (Lorenzo) - I am writing to report the SHAMEFUL and UNACCEPTABLE experience I had with your company on August 29th, caused specifically by the poor conduct and lack of professionalism of instructor LORENZO. From the very beginning, we were neglected. We WAITED FOR THREE HOURS for our turn, without Mr. Lorenzo EVER informing us that we would lose the entire morning waiting. What was supposed to be a special day turned into a complete ordeal due to this employee's dishonest and ill-mannered behavior. Instructor LORENZO was, besides being a LIAR, incredibly RUDE. He assured us, in no uncertain terms, that we would be in the water in "an hour at most." This information was FALSE and kept us there, waiting in vain. It is unbelievable that a company that claims to have a minimum level of professionalism allows one of its instructors to MISLEAD customers in this way. To add insult to injury, we witnessed people who arrived AFTER us being served and entering the water RIGHT BEFORE US, with his total consent. This is not just a lack of organization; it is a complete DISRESPECT for those who arrive on time and trust your service. The only silver lining in this cloud of incompetence was Alexandro, who replaced Lorenzo and took over the situation. Alexandro's professional and polite conduct was the ONLY positive aspect of the day and highlights the stark contrast between an employee who is a problem and one who is a solution. The actual underwater experience was good, but it was ABSOLUTELY overshadowed by Lorenzo's HORRIBLE service and the disastrous logistics. In the end, so exhausted and frustrated, we took a taxi and fled the location to quickly end the whole ordeal. We expect more than a generic "we're sorry," but believe me: the situation was REALLY VERY BAD and was directly caused by the incompetence and dishonesty of instructor Lorenzo. I expect this complaint will lead to urgent action regarding this employee. Sincerely,
